Depending upon each clients need, The Sophia Way offers several options to help our clients get the help they need to join the work force. They may work individually with a Sophia Way volunteer, or they may be referred for services at Hopelink or WorkSource. The employment services available include one-on-one assistance with resume writing, cover letters, job application, job search methods, interview preparation and workplace etiquette.

Each client is also encouraged to prepare and work towards long and short term goals for their career development. They have an opportunity to receive counseling on such topics as:

• Career and Education Research
• Career Assessments
• Community Referrals
• Post-Employment
