Housing
Holly House is our new community home which
provides housing for six women, who live in
community with one another. This housing supports
the women as they learn the skills needed to
successfully manage their lives.

History of Holly House
In 2010, East Shore Unitarian Church (in the
Factoria neighborhood in Bellevue) offered its
parsonage for housing. The Holly House, named for
the enormous holly trees on the property, needed
complete renovation to be livable.
We are especially grateful for the community
support which made the Holly House renovation
possible. Thank you to: Jubilee Services for the
labor they contributed to complete the renovation,
The Moccasin Lake Foundation for their financial
support, East Shore Unitarian Church for donating
the use of the property and the Newport Ward of
the LDS Church for furnishing the home.
We would also like to acknowledge the cities of,
Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Redmond and
Sammamish for generously providing rent subsidies,
which create sustainable, affordable housing
opportunities for the women of Holly House
